Yesterday I made the meatloaf and smashed potatoes and there almost wasn't enough for tonight's leftovers. The Worst Sister sauce, sugar and vinegar add something special to the mix. Thank you for the recipes and for an amazing dinner!

I knew a grandma like that. But she’d jump out of her grave just to tell us we’re doing everything wrong, do it all herself, then crawl back in with a sigh about how we’re a lost generation.

This was AMAZING! I absolutely love experimental styles and formats, and I must say, I've never seen a story woven into a recipe the way you did here in the second half of this piece, but that was such a phenomenal way to drive home the story's themes.

I had a grandmother I was very close with as a kid who I affectionately called Grammy, so this piece really resonated with me on multiple levels. So glad to have you joining the challenge, I'm extremely excited to read more of your work!

Genius! Warm and loving spiced with spookinees. I'm making Spanish Meatloaf tonight, because no one expects the Spanish Inquisition.

This might be the highest compliment I've ever received—spiced with spookiness is exactly what I'm going for. Spanish Meatloaf sounds perfect, especially if served under dim lighting with a side of suspicion. No one expects the Spanish Inquisition… or a floating Grammy in the kitchen. Thank you for reading—really. This made my whole day.
